This is a great article, it looks at some of the issues I’ve been expecting such as low moral within the businesses that are going through M&A’s as job’s become uncertain as businesses rationalize head count after identifying the synergies.

Low morale isn’t restricted to companies going through mergers. The ongoing lack of growth from the U.S. encourages many U.S. multinationals to cut costs and staff. We should be applying these principles across all global businesses.
